performing core Accounts Receivable functions, including auditing new account paperwork, level 1 data entry, payment processing, and timely and accurate cash applications—all in alignment with Turn 14’s commitment to excellence and service.\nResponsibilities\nInitiate and record customer payments via credit card, ACH, and PayPal\nReconcile customer accounts and apply payments accurately\nMonitor billing exception reports and order processing reports to meet shipping deadlines\nInvestigate and resolve credit card discrepancies\nManage customer relationships and perform collection communications via phone and email\nAssess and adjust credit limits and payment terms\nAudit customer account documentation and verify compliance\nPerform entry-level data input and general administrative support\nStay responsive via shared group email and ticketing systems\nOther duties as assigned\nWhat You Bring\nExceptional attention to detail and a proactive mindset\nStrong customer service and communication skills\nAbility to manage time effectively and make decisions under pressure\nTeam player with the ability to work independently\nSolid problem-solving skills and high accountability\nComfort working with a medium to large customer base\nQualifications\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required\nAssociate degree in accounting or related field preferred\n2+ years of
