This role will play a critical part in supporting our growing operation by providing frontline leadership, driving productivity, maintaining quality standards, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.\nThe Warehouse Supervisor will lead a team of Warehouse Leads and Associates while ensuring daily operational goals are met safely and efficiently. This position requires a hands-on leader who can motivate a team, make effective decisions, and help create a culture focused on performance, accountability, and growth.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage and provide leadership to a team of 1–2 Warehouse Leads and 10–20 Warehouse Associates.\nEnsure accurate and timely approval of employee timesheets through Ceridian Dayforce.\nConduct employee evaluations and provide meaningful performance feedback.\nMonitor attendance, address performance concerns, and prepare corrective action when needed.\nMaintain advanced operational knowledge in at least two warehouse departments and be accountable for performance within those areas.\nEnsure successful shift preparation by arriving with enough time to receive operational updates and pass-down information from departing supervisors.\nCommunicate operational challenges and updates with cross-functional departments, including Customer Support, Accounting, and other internal teams.\nEnsure daily completion of 5S standards to maintain an organized, safe, and efficient work environment.\nUtilize operational reports to evaluate labor needs and effectively manage staffing demands.\nPromote a safe work environment while reinforcing company policies, procedures, and productivity expectations.\nLead by example while supporting employee development, engagement, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities\n2–5 years of leadership experience in warehousing, distribution, hospitality, retail, construction, or a related industry.\nPrevious experience leading and developing hourly employees in a fast-paced environment.\nOrder Picker and Forklift certified, or the ability to successfully complete certification training.\nPositive, team-oriented attitude with the ability to motivate and inspire others.\nAbility to apply and reinforce Turn 14 Distribution’s Core Values within daily operations.\nStrong commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence.\nProven ability to manage a high-performing team focused on achieving goals.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nAbility to make sound judgment calls and effectively resolve workplace conflicts.\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities.\nWhy Join Turn 14 Distribution?\nAt Turn 14 Distribution, we believe our success starts with our people.
