This role combines marketing operations, hands-on execution, and cross-functional coordination to make sure every lead is captured, cleaned, routed, and tracked, and that the team can see clearly what’s driving pipeline.\nThe Marketing Coordinator serves as a connective partner across the organization, turning data and process into the tools and visibility that help the commercial team win. This individual will work closely with the Marketing Director and Marketing Manager on campaign tracking, reporting, and measurement, and will partner day to day with sales representatives, clinical specialists, product management, operations, and finance to keep data, systems, and execution aligned.\nThis role supports TurnCare’s marketing operations end to end - Salesforce data management, lead routing and follow-up, email and campaign automation, reporting and dashboards, and conference and event logistics, from registration and travel to shipping booth materials. The Marketing Coordinator also builds the documentation and training that help marketing and sales use systems consistently.\nThe ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and analytical, and equally comfortable digging into data and executing the details personally. This person thrives in a fast-paced startup environment where flexibility, accountability, and initiative are critical to success, and is able to work independently while managing multiple priorities. This role requires occasional travel for key conferences and team meetings.\nWhat you'll do: \nResponsibilities include, but are not limited to:\nCRM and data management: Maintain the quality of marketing and customer data in Salesforce, including list imports, cleanup, deduplication, and data standards.\nLead management: Support the lead lifecycle from capture to conversion, including scoring, territory routing, handoffs to sales reps, and follow-up tracking.\nCampaign operations: Build and execute campaigns, email automation, and nurture programs across marketing platforms, and make sure they’re tracked correctly in the CRM.\nEvent operations: Coordinate conference and event logistics from start to finish, including registration and sign-ups, booth and exhibitor details, team travel and lodging coordination, and shipping booth materials and equipment to and from shows. Handle lead capture and follow-up so leads get to sales quickly and accurately.\nReporting and analytics: Build dashboards and reports on marketing performance, attribution, and pipeline contribution, and share insights that help inform strategy and budget decisions.\nMarketing technology: Help maintain and improve TurnCare’s marketing tech stack, research new tools, and connect systems so data flows cleanly between them.\nProcess and enablement: Help create processes, documentation, and training so marketing and sales use systems consistently.\nCross-functional partnership: Work closely with sales, product management, clinical, operations, finance, and leadership to align on data, reporting, and goals.\nOther duties: Take on additional projects and responsibilities as the team and business grow.\nWhat we're looking for: \nRequired Education/ Experience:\n1-3 years of experience in marketing operations, sales operations, or revenue operations, ideally in medical device, healthcare technology, or B2B.\nHands-on Salesforce experience, including data management, campaigns, and reporting. Salesforce Administrator certification is a plus.\nExperience with email marketing and automation platforms, such as Mailchimp or HubSpot.\nStrong analytical skills and experience building dashboards and performance reports.\nDetail-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership over data quality.\nAbility to explain data and systems clearly to non-technical teams.\nWillingness to travel occasionally for key conferences and team meetings.\nPreferred Education/Experience:\nExperience with marketing attribution and analytics tools.\nExperience supporting a growing sales team at an early-stage company.\nSalary Range:\n$56,000 - $65,000 annually\nTravel Requirements: \nTravel required (10%)\nTurnCare, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer and is committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants.
