You will bring consistency to project planning, communication, documentation, governance, and cross-functional coordination.\nThis role reports into the Engineering team and is deployed across business functions as priorities require. You will work closely with Product and Engineering while supporting projects throughout the company. You will direct project work by establishing timelines, tracking progress, escalating risks, and helping teams stay accountable to commitments.\nAs TurnCare grows, this role has the potential to help establish and evolve a broader project management function.\nTypes of Projects You'll Support\n\nBusiness Area\n\nExample Projects\n\nCommercial\n\nGo-to-market initiatives, acceleration of sales and revenue programs\n\nField Operations\n\nField team launches and rollouts\n\nIT / Information Services\n\nSystem implementations, migrations, vendor transitions\n\nEngineering\n\nSoftware releases, device generations\n\nProduct\n\nRoadmap delivery, cross-functional dependencies\n\nCompany-Wide\n\nProcess improvements, information governance, operating standards\n\nFrom day one, you will take ownership of several active projects, including engineering, product, and business initiatives, while helping establish scalable ways of working across the organization.\nWhat You'll Do\nProject Planning & Delivery\nLead multiple concurrent projects from kickoff through completion.\nDefine project scope, milestones, dependencies, timelines, and deliverables.\nBuild and maintain project plans, roadmaps, Gantt charts, status dashboards, and burndown tracking.\nApply Agile, Scrum, Kanban, waterfall, or hybrid delivery approaches based on project needs.\nAssign tasks, establish deadlines, and help teams stay accountable to commitments.\nTrack risks, issues, decisions, and scope changes, escalating blockers early.\nConduct retrospectives and capture lessons learned.\nCross-Functional Coordination\nFacilitate kickoffs, stand-ups, sprints, steering meetings, and project reviews.\nIdentify stakeholders early and align teams around priorities, trade-offs, and goals.\nCommunicate project status, risks, delays, and timeline changes clearly and consistently.\nPartner closely with Product on roadmap execution and cross-team dependencies.\nEngineering Operations\nSupport Engineering planning processes and help coordinate project intake.\nMaintain organized, accessible project documentation, meeting notes, decisions, and records.\nStandardize project tooling, dashboards, templates, and workflows.\nProcess Improvement & Governance\nDesign and document repeatable project processes and company standards.\nOrganize project information within SharePoint and Microsoft 365 using consistent structures and naming conventions.\nSupport information governance practices including access management, retention, version control, and project record management.\nMeasure and continuously improve project delivery effectiveness across the organization.\nWhat You'll Bring\nRequired Qualifications\n4+ years of experience managing cross-functional projects from initiation through delivery.\nExperience using Agile, Scrum, Kanban, waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies.\nExperience creating project plans, roadmaps, Gantt charts, burndown charts, status dashboards, and reporting.\nExperience supporting product introduction and go-to-market initiatives.\nBackground within SaaS, software, technology, medical device, or similarly technical environments.\nTechnical fluency sufficient to understand engineering, IT, and data-focused discussions and identify project risks.\nExperience with project management platforms such as Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.\nStrong stakeholder management, facilitation, and written communication skills.\nDemonstrated ability to build productive relationships across departments and functions.\nExperience developing, improving, and implementing operational processes.\nPreferred Qualifications\nPMP, CSM, PSM, SAFe, PMI-ACP, or similar project management certification.\nExperience within healthcare technology or regulated environments such as HIPAA, SOC 2, HITRUST, ISO 13485, or FDA-regulated organizations.\nExperience supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) efforts involving hardware, embedded software, application software, or data platforms.\nFamiliarity with design controls and regulated product development processes.\nExperience with IT implementations, migrations, or vendor transitions.\nExperience using Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, or Planner to manage information and collaboration.\nExperience helping establish project governance standards, PMO functions,
