Through our commitment to cutting-edge solutions, we are shaping a future of smarter and safer healthcare practices.\nRole Description \nThe Senior Product Manager will develop and execute the strategic business plan and initiatives for current and future products used to promote safe patient recovery in the ICU and other settings. Develops and implements tactical plans for the purpose of meeting product, financialand corporate growth objectives. The Senior Product Manager oversees all phases of the product development process from ideation to product launch. They works cross-functionally with Engineering,Quality, Manufacturing & Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Clinicalto support the launch of future technologies. \nDuties & Responsibilities: \nObtain and analyze feedback-voice of the customer-from key opinion leaders (KOLs), current and future customers, third party market research, and internal customers/partners to guide product development strategy and initiatives \nFacilitate the design, collection and analysis of market research to identify customer needs and market requirements \nDefine product concepts and support creation of requirements \nChampion new product development efforts across multiple internal and external groups and ensure all needs are addressed (e.g., design elements, product claims, field education, operations planning, etc.) \nAuthor User Needs, Stakeholder requirements, and Product Marketing Requirements documents to initiate and guide product development projects \nServe as product management representative on product core teams and drive voice of the customer throughout the product development process; develop recommendations for technical product direction \nSupport the identification, prioritization and development of new product opportunities and quantify the business impact, in order to facilitate the organization’s product pipeline \nCreate business cases and market opportunity analyses to support new product proposals \nFunction as product expert internally and externally as the product(s) move through their lifecycle \nManage cross functional project teams, identify resources required, and develop detailed project plans to ensure delivery of key milestones and on time completion and launch of product development initiatives \nCollaborate with marketing to develop and execute successful new product launches \nDevelop product pricing and positioning strategies that support execution of product launches which include: training, initial market segmentation, positioning and messaging content \nTravel in field regularly to assess customer and field opinions on current products and market environment \nQualifications \nRequired Education/ Experience:\nBA/BS required\nMinimum of 7 years of successful product management or related experience\nPreferred Education/Experience:\nMasters’ degree a plus\n10+ years’ product management experience\nExperience in medical device industry\nKnowledge of critical care device industry\nSkills & Competencies\nExperience defining data and connectivity solutions \nExperience with products interfacing to Electronic Health Record systems such as EPIC \nWell versed in the dynamics of medical device markets \nAbility to lead and collaborate across business units, functions \nStrong learning agility, flexible and adaptable \nStrong analytical skills \nStrong written and oral communication skills \nAble to work independently and as part of a team; ability to be self-motivated \nKnows how a product is adopted in a health care environment \nCreates solid relationships across an organization and broadens those relationships over time \nAbility to influence, facilitate and collaborate with various constituencies within the company \nPC application skills: MS Office, Excel, Word, Power Point \nSalary Range:\n$140,000 - $150,000 annually\nTravel Requirements: \nTravel required (20-40%)\nTurnCare, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer and is committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants.
