You’ll contribute across visual identity, packaging and brand activations, bringing your ideas and craft to projects while learning from experienced designers and creative directors. It’s an opportunity to build your skills in a collaborative studio where strong thinking, meaningful relationships and effective design matter.\n\nWhat you’ll be doing:\n\nCreate visual identity, packaging and brand activation work across a variety of projects.\n\nTurn creative concepts into carefully crafted design across print, digital and environmental formats.\n\nDevelop presentations, mock-ups and visual storytelling that bring ideas to life.\n\nCollaborate with designers, creative directors and cross-functional colleagues to deliver high-quality work.\n\nMaintain accuracy, quality and consistency throughout your design outputs.\n\nPrepare artwork for production and work with suppliers and external collaborators when needed.\n\nExplore design trends, cultural influences and new approaches to brand communication, bringing your perspective into team conversations.\n\nSkills we’re looking for:\n\nA portfolio that demonstrates creativity, craft and attention to detail, with identity, packaging or branding work particularly relevant.\n\nConfidence using Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop.\n\nAn eye for colour, typography, composition and the details that make design feel considered.\n\nThe ability to communicate clearly and contribute effectively within a collaborative team.\n\nCuriosity and adaptability, with an openness to learning and developing your craft.\n\nA constructive approach to feedback and a willingness to explore different solutions.\n\nMotion, 3D or After Effects knowledge is welcome, but not essential.\n\nAdditional information\n\nTurner Duckworth has fantastic benefits on offer to all of our employees.
