Local candidates only; relocation will not be considered.\nWhat You’ll Do\nKnowledge Collection and Digitization\nGather information from digital repositories, legacy databases, SharePoint sites, emails, reports, presentations, laboratory records, photographs, drawings, and other project documentation.\nReview and digitize physical and analog records, including paper files, notebooks, reports, maps, photographs, and archived materials.\nOrganize and migrate content into designated SharePoint repositories following established metadata, taxonomy, and document management standards.\nEnsure information is accurately cataloged, traceable, and searchable.\nSupport stakeholder interviews to capture institutional knowledge, including recording, transcription, and summary reporting.\nKey Deliverables\nA curated, well-organized project knowledge repository in SharePoint.\nA digitized archive of historical and technical documentation.\nRecorded and transcribed stakeholder interviews, with summary reports and knowledge capture documents.\nPeriodic progress reports on knowledge capture activities and repository status.\nA final consolidated knowledge archive and supporting documentation, migrated to InEight.\nWhat We’re Looking For\nTechnical background in science and/or information management.\nExperience with SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, document management systems, and knowledge management practices.\nHigh attention to detail.\nStrong organizational and document control skills.\nAbility to understand technical processes, terminology, and project documentation (preferred).\nExperience with InEight is a plus.\nRequirements\nMust be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.\nMust currently reside within commuting distance of Salt Lake City, UT.\nHow to Apply\nSubmit your resume through this posting.
