This role involves installing, assembling, and maintaining various types of piping systems including sanitary, storm, and sewer lines. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in trench work and utility installation and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.\nKey Responsibilities:\nInstall sanitary sewer, storm drain, and water/sewer piping systems\n\nPerform trench layout, grading, and pipe alignment according to project specifications\n\nRead and interpret blueprints, grade stakes, and site plans\n\nEnsure proper pipe slope, alignment, and depth\n\nAssist with trench preparation, including shoring and safety compliance\n\nWork alongside equipment operators and laborers to complete installations efficiently\n\nPerform backfilling and compaction as required\n\nMaintain a safe and clean work environment in compliance with OSHA standards\n\nQualifications:\nMinimum 2+ years of proven pipe laying experience in construction or utility work\n\nExperience with sanitary, storm, and sewer piping systems required\n\nAbility to read and interpret construction plans and grade stakes\n\nKnowledge of trenching and excavation safety practices\n\nAbility to work outdoors in varying weather conditions\n\nStrong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience working in heavy civil or underground utility construction\n\nFamiliarity with equipment such as excavators and backhoes\n\nOSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification is a plus\n\nPhysical Requirements:\nAbility to lift 50+ lbs regularly\n\nAbility to stand, bend, kneel, and work in trenches for extended periods\n\nComfortable working long hours as
