This role requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple projects.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupport the coordination and execution of telecommunications projects, ensuring project milestones, timelines, and deliverables are met.\nWork with technical teams, subject matter experts, vendors, and business stakeholders to facilitate project activities and resolve challenges.\nOrganize project meetings, communicate updates, and maintain accurate project documentation.\nIdentify potential project risks, scheduling conflicts, and operational challenges, working with project teams to develop solutions.\nDevelop and maintain project schedules, work breakdown structures, task dependencies, and milestone tracking using Primavera P6.\nTrack project progress, budgets, resource allocation, and deliverables to ensure alignment with established objectives.\nEstablish and maintain project baselines and update schedules as project requirements evolve.\nCoordinate project timelines and activities with internal departments and external partners.\nPrepare regular project status updates, performance reports, and scheduling summaries for management.\nAssist with monthly and annual budget planning, resource forecasting, and workload reporting.\nGenerate and analyze reports using project management and reporting tools, including Power BI.\nCreate and maintain projects and work orders within applicable work management systems.\nSupport smaller projects and operational improvement initiatives as assigned.\nMaintain communication with project leadership and stakeholders regarding progress, risks, delays, and resource needs.\nProvide additional administrative and project coordination support as needed.\nQualifications & Skills\nMinimum of 3 years of experience in project coordination, project scheduling, planning, or operations support.\nExperience using project tracking and scheduling platforms such as Primavera P6, ServiceNow, or work management systems (WAM).\nGeneral understanding of IT infrastructure, telecommunications systems, and technical project workflows.\nFamiliarity with project management methodologies, scheduling practices, and resource planning.\nAbility to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nStrong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and nontechnical teams.\nExperience preparing project reports, tracking budgets, and identifying scheduling or resource constraints.\nAbility to facilitate discussions, coordinate stakeholders, and support project teams in resolving issues.\nAdaptable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with teams across multiple departments.\nEducation\nBachelor's degree preferred;
