They serve commercial, industrial, residential, and municipal customers with services spanning earthwork, site utilities, and site preparation.\nThe Recruiter will own full-cycle hiring for field and office roles, with a strong focus on skilled trades. Typical hires include equipment operators, CDL drivers, pipe layers, laborers, mechanics, foremen, and project support staff. This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys building talent pipelines in a hands-on, people-first construction environment.\nPosition: Recruiter\nEmployment type: Full-time, direct hire\nLocation: Bowmansville, PA. Hybrid (On-site 2-3 days per week)\nReports to: Human Resources leadership\nKey responsibilities\nManage full-cycle recruiting for field and office positions, from intake meetings with hiring managers through offer and onboarding handoff.\nSource candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, trade schools, career and technical centers, veterans' programs, and community events.\nScreen applicants for skills, experience, safety record, and licensing (such as CDL class and equipment certifications).\nCoordinate interviews, skills assessments, and pre-employment requirements, including background checks, drug screens, DOT physicals, and MVR reviews.\nWrite and post compelling job ads that speak to tradespeople and reflect the company's culture.\nBuild relationships with local schools, apprenticeship programs, and workforce development organizations to create a long-term talent pipeline.\nRepresent the company at career fairs, school visits, and industry events.\nTrack recruiting activity and metrics (time-to-fill, source of hire, retention) in the applicant tracking system and report results to leadership.\nPartner with HR on employer branding, referral programs, and onboarding to improve new-hire experience and retention.\nEnsure hiring practices comply with federal and state employment laws, including EEO, I-9, and DOT requirements.\nQualifications\nRequired\n2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, in-house or agency.\nProven success hiring hourly, skilled-trade, or high-volume roles.\nStrong communication skills and the ability to connect with candidates on job sites and in the office.\nComfort with an applicant tracking system, job boards, and LinkedIn or other social sourcing tools.\nExcellent organization and follow-through while managing many open roles at once.\nValid driver's license and willingness to travel locally.\nPreferred\nRecruiting experience in construction, excavation, heavy civil, utilities, or a related industry.\nFamiliarity with CDL, DOT, and equipment operator hiring requirements.\nExisting relationships with trade schools, apprenticeship programs, or workforce
