This role will focus on analysing asset, maintenance, and work management data to provide actionable insights that improve asset performance, reliability, risk management, and operational efficiency.\nWorking closely with Asset Managers, Maintenance Teams, Operational Stakeholders, and Technology partners, you will act as the subject matter expert for Maximo data analysis and reporting, helping drive data-led decision making across the asset lifecycle.\nLocation: Dublin (Hybrid) / Open to candidates across Ireland\nType: Permanent\nSector: Utilities / Infrastructure\nKey Responsibilities\nAsset & Maintenance Analytics\nAnalyse asset performance, reliability and maintenance data held within IBM Maximo.\n\nDevelop reporting and dashboards to support Asset Management and Operational teams.\n\nData Quality & Governance\nAssess and improve the quality of asset master data within Maximo.\n\nIdentify gaps, inconsistencies and opportunities for data cleansing.\n\nSupport governance processes for asset hierarchies, locations and equipment records.\n\nEnsure asset information is maintained in line with organisational standards and regulatory requirements.\n\nAsset Management Support\nSupport strategic asset management and lifecycle planning activities.\n\nContribute to asset criticality assessments and risk-based maintenance initiatives.\n\nAssist in developing investment, replacement and maintenance strategies.\n\nProvide analytical support for regulatory submissions and business planning activities.\n\nSystems & Process Improvement\nWork closely with Maximo support and technical teams to optimise system utilisation.\n\nSupport Maximo upgrades, enhancements and data migration activities.\n\nIdentify opportunities to improve asset management processes through better use of data and technology.\n\nBusiness Intelligence & Reporting\nDesign and maintain Power BI dashboards and management reports.\n\nExtract and manipulate data using SQL and other reporting tools.\n\nAutomate reporting processes where possible.\n\nPresent data-driven insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.\n\n Required Experience\nEssential\nDemonstrable experience working with IBM Maximo.\n\nStrong SQL skills and experience querying large datasets.\n\nExperience analysing asset management, maintenance or operational data.\n\nStrong understanding of asset lifecycle management principles.\n\nExcellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.\n\nDesirable\nExperience building reports and dashboards using Power BI.\n\nKnowledge of ISO 55000 Asset Management principles.\n\nUnderstanding of maintenance and reliability methodologies.\n\nExperience of ERP integration environments, particularly SAP.\n\nExperience supporting data migration, system implementation or transformation programmes.\n\nExperience working within utilities, infrastructure, engineering, manufacturing or asset-intensive environments.\n\nTechnical Skills\nCore Systems\nIBM Maximo Asset Management\n\nPower BI\n\nSQL\n\nMicrosoft Excel (Advanced)\n\nCandidate Profile\nThe successful candidate will be:\nAnalytical and detail-oriented.\n\nPassionate about data quality and continuous improvement.\n\nComfortable working with both technical and business stakeholders.\n\nAble to translate complex data into practical operational insights.\n\nWhat we offer you\nFull time, permanent role\n\nCompetitive remuneration and attractive range of benefits\n\nPension\n\n23 days Annual leave\n\nOpportunity to work on impactful and innovative projects\n\nCareer development opportunities both in Ireland and globally\n\nOpportunity to work with a diverse group of talented and collaborative colleagues\n\n Our people share our Purpose and Values.
