You will assist in planning, coordination, documentation, and stakeholder communication to ensure successful project outcomes.\nKey Responsibilities\nProject Support & Coordination\nAssist in the delivery of project management services throughout the project lifecycle.\nConduct background research, data collection, and benchmarking to support decision-making.\nEstablish and maintain effective project documentation and reporting systems.\nSupport the development and updating of detailed project plans and schedules\nMonitoring & Reporting\nTrack project progress and performance indicators; prepare updates and reports.\nManage change control processes and maintain accurate change logs.\nDraft formal progress reports and presentations for stakeholders.\nStakeholder Engagement\nLiaise with clients, contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders.\nAttend project meetings and produce accurate and timely meeting minutes.\nSupport communication flow between internal and external teams.\n Requirements\nBachelor’s degree in project management, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.\nMinimum 5 years’ relevant experience in project management or a similar role.\nStrong understanding of project management principles, tools, and methodologies.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\nProficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) is a plus.\nFluency in Mandarin Chinese and English (written and spoken) is essential.\nCandidate with more experience will be considered for the position of Project Manager\nKPI:\nMaintain 100% accuracy in project documentation with all reports\nAttend 95% of scheduled project meetings and distribute meeting minutes within 24 hours.\nMaintain an up-to-date risk and issue register with 100% of identified risks logged and reviewed weekly.\n Our inspired people share our vision and mission.
