Can work as part of a larger team or as the key day-to-day contact point with the client.\nHelp to establish the overall success criteria for the project, including time, cost, technical and performance parameter, project governance, project planning, processes, and systems to be utilized throughout project.\nCandidates should preferably have experience in the Corporate Interior sector, with knowledge of all aspects of a project, as Civil-Structural, Electro-Mechanical Engineering areas.\n Education/Experience:\n Bachelor´s Degree in Engineering, Architecture or related \n A minimum of 3 years’ experience working in similar roles. \nAbility to develop report, project follow ups. \nManage the flow of project information between the team and the client, through regular meetings and written communications. \nExperienced in the following software packages: (Microsoft Project, Excel, Word and PowerPoint). \nFluent in Spanish and English. \nSkills and Qualifications\nMonitor and control the project by:\nApplying performance management techniques. \nManaging the change control process. \nAdvise upon project finances. \nRead and understand documents defining project, including but not limited to: agreements, work letters, project charters, surveys, budgets, schedules, and drawings \nPrepare project status reports, process purchase orders, update tracking reports, and maintain files for due diligence and financials \nProficiency in managing multiple timelines and projects simultaneously, setting priorities, and working with little or no direct supervision \nManage project correspondence (Meetings, Reports, Memos, Emails, etc.) to facilitate, maintain and track. \n Our inspired people share our vision and mission.
