Turner & Townsend and CBRE work together to provide clients with the premier programme, project and cost management offering in markets around the world.\nPlease visit our website: www.turnerandtownsend.com\n We are looking for an Assistant Project Manager to support the delivery of complex semiconductor and advanced manufacturing projects in Singapore.\nWorking alongside the Project Manager and wider project team, you will support projects across the full lifecycle, from planning and design through procurement, construction, commissioning, handover and close-out. The role will suit someone with an engineering or construction background who enjoys working in technically demanding, fast-paced project environments.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupport the Project Manager in delivering semiconductor and advanced manufacturing projects from inception through completion and handover.\nCoordinate project activities across design, procurement, construction, testing, commissioning and close-out.\nDevelop and maintain project programmes, milestones, trackers and progress reports.\nMonitor project progress against schedule, budget, quality and safety requirements and escalate risks or delays.\nMaintain project risk registers and support mitigation and change-control activities.\nCoordinate with clients, consultants, designers, contractors, vendors and other project stakeholders.\nSupport tendering and procurement activities, including preparation of scopes of work, RFP/tender documentation and bid evaluations.\nAssist with budget tracking, cost reporting, forecasts, variations and commercial documentation.\nParticipate in design reviews, constructability reviews and value-engineering exercises.\nAttend and, where appropriate, chair project coordination and progress meetings; prepare agendas, minutes and follow-up actions.\nConduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, safety and compliance.\nSupport testing, commissioning and handover activities and ensure required project documentation is completed.\nMaintain accurate project records, reports and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.\nDegree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or a related discipline.\nIdeally 2+ years of relevant project management, project engineering or construction experience.\nExposure to semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, data centre, cleanroom, industrial or other mission-critical projects would be advantageous.\nUnderstanding of M&E/building services, construction sequencing and project delivery processes.\nExperience coordinating consultants, contractors, suppliers and client stakeholders.\nGood understanding of project controls including programme, cost, risk, change and reporting.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Microsoft Project or similar project-management tools would be advantageous.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to prepare professional reports and meeting minutes.\nOrganised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment.\nComfortable working on site and collaborating with multidisciplinary and international project teams.\n Our inspired people share our vision and mission.
