The role requires strategic leadership, client relationship management, commercial oversight, and multidisciplinary project delivery expertise across sectors including transportation, utilities, roads and highways, rail, aviation, ports, water, energy, and urban development.\nThe successful candidate will provide leadership to project teams, act as a trusted advisor to clients, and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, sustainably, and in accordance with client objectives and government regulations.\nSignificant experience managing multiple disciplines / teams / advisors / clients on infrastructure projects/programmes across the lifecycle, ideally across sectors and clients. Proven and demonstrable success, and able to challenge / set strategy.\nExcellent leadership skills, capable of setting high standards and managing performance against these, utilising people and resources efficiently to meet and exceed stakeholder expectations. Able to succeed in ambiguous and challenging environments.\nLeads and is accountable for the health, safety, and wellbeing of those within your sphere of responsibility. Has a practical understanding of CDM and is able to apply this appropriately across teams.\nAbility to anticipate client challenges and determine applicable solutions, innovating as necessary, through your depth of understanding of stakeholder needs. You spot, harness and nurture emerging potential.\nStrong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, comfortable working with a diverse range of personalities across clients and partner organisations and able to build long-term trusted advisor relationships with our clients.\nCreative, curious and growth mindset, and acts as a role model.\nPromoter of inclusive environments, acting as a role model.\n 15+ years of progressive experience in infrastructure project or program management.\nProven experience delivering major infrastructure developments within the UAE or GCC region.\nExperience managing large multidisciplinary project teams and external consultants.\nStrong understanding of infrastructure planning, design, procurement, construction, and handover processes.\nExperience managing complex stakeholder environments, including government entities and utility authorities.\nStrong knowledge of project controls, risk management, governance, and reporting.\nExperience administering and managing FIDIC contracts and major infrastructure procurement strategies.\nDemonstrated success in client relationship management and business development activities.\nExperience working on Abu Dhabi government projects.\nExperience in transportation, rail, aviation, utilities, energy, water, or smart city developments.\nConsultancy and client-side project management experience\n Our inspired people share our vision and mission.
