Turner & Townsend and CBRE work together to provide clients with the premier programme, project and cost management offering in markets around the world.\n We are seeking dynamic and driven Associate Director Program Managers to support a leading hyperscale data center client in managing multiple site development opportunities across the United States.\nThis role sits within a rapidly growing program delivery team supporting the client's pre-lease development activities. Program Managers will oversee multiple data center deals simultaneously, driving progress from Letter of Intent (LOI) through lease execution while coordinating cross-functional stakeholder groups including design, energy, cost, schedule, and real estate teams.\nThe successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate a strong sense of urgency, and confidently influence stakeholders to drive outcomes across complex projects.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead up to five concurrent data center site development opportunities from LOI through lease execution.\nDrive program governance, action tracking, risk management, and decision-making processes.\nCoordinate cross-functional teams spanning design, power/energy, cost management, scheduling, real estate, and client leadership.\nMonitor critical milestones and proactively identify and resolve issues affecting deal progression.\nFacilitate meetings, workshops, and executive-level updates with both internal and client stakeholders.\nDevelop and maintain program reporting, dashboards, key metrics, risks, and action logs.\nEnsure alignment between project objectives, commercial requirements, and delivery timelines.\nDrive accountability across stakeholders and maintain momentum toward successful lease execution.\nEscalate risks and issues appropriately while proposing practical mitigation strategies.\n 8+ years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, Project Controls, Construction Management, or related disciplines.\nExperience managing multiple projects or workstreams simultaneously.\nStrong stakeholder management and communication skills.\nDemonstrated ability to drive outcomes across diverse teams and competing priorities.\nExperience with project controls, scheduling, cost management, program management, or capital project delivery.\nStrong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.\nPreferred\nData center, mission critical, real estate development, infrastructure, or construction experience.\nExperience working in a client-facing consulting environment.\nExposure to site selection, development, leasing, or pre-construction activities.\nFamiliarity with large-scale capital programs and portfolio reporting.\nKey Traits for Success\nDynamic and proactive approach\nHigh sense of urgency\nAdaptable communication style across varying stakeholder groups\nStrong executive presence\nCollaborative mindset\nAbility to influence without direct authority\nResults-driven and outcome-focused\nComfortable operating in ambiguous and rapidly evolving environments\n *On-site presence and requirements may change depending on our client's needs*\nThe base salary range for this role is $160K-$175K USD. This range reflects the company's good faith estimate of the base salary for this position at the time of the posting. Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity.
