This role is ideal for a junior professional with a background in marketing, communications, or business support who has strong PowerPoint skills and a keen eye for design.\nThe successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating proposal content, ensuring document quality, and creating visually compelling presentations that enhance our client engagements and business development efforts.\nBid & Proposal Support\nCoordinate the preparation, compilation, formatting, and submission of tender and proposal documents.\nTrack bid timelines and ensure submission deadlines are met.\nLiaise with internal stakeholders to gather and consolidate proposal content and supporting documents.\nMaintain proposal templates, content libraries, and bid-related documentation.\nEnsure all proposal documents comply with company branding and quality standards.\nPresentation & Document Design\nCreate, format, and enhance PowerPoint presentations for client meetings, proposals, and business development activities.\nImprove the visual appeal, layout, and consistency of documents and presentations.\nDevelop graphics, charts, infographics, and visual elements to support proposal content.\nEnsure all client-facing materials are professional, accurate, and visually impactful.\nMarketing & Communications Support\nAssist in the development and updating of marketing collateral, company profiles, and capability statements.\nSupport employer branding, internal communications, and corporate marketing initiatives where required.\nMaintain brand consistency across all marketing and proposal materials.\nAdministration & Coordination\nCoordinate review processes and approvals with internal stakeholders.\nManage document version control and filing systems.\nSupport ad-hoc business development and marketing activities.\nEducation & Experience\nDiploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, English, Media, Design, or a related discipline.\n1-3 years of experience in marketing coordination, communications, proposal support, business development support, or similar roles.\nFresh graduates with strong internship experience and excellent PowerPoint skills may also be considered.\nSkills & Competencies\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.\nStrong skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nStrong attention to detail and proofreading ability.\nAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.\nStrong stakeholder management and coordination skills.\nCreative mindset with a good eye for design, formatting, and visual presentation.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience creating client-facing presentations or proposal documents.\nFamiliarity with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Canva, or other design tools.\nExperience supporting tenders, proposals, bids, or business development activities would be advantageous.\nKnowledge of branding and marketing communications princip\n Our inspired people share our vision and mission.
