The candidate will be responsible for overseeing civil works, ensuring quality construction, monitoring project progress, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and project timelines.\nKey Responsibilities\nSite Execution & Supervision\nSupervise day-to-day civil construction activities in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.\nEnsure timely execution of structural, finishing, and infrastructure works.\nMonitor site productivity and resource utilization to achieve project milestones.\nCoordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and site teams for seamless execution.\nProject Planning & Coordination\nReview construction drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.\nAssist in project planning, scheduling, and work sequencing activities.\nCoordinate with architects, consultants, MEP teams, and other stakeholders to resolve technical issues.\nTrack project progress and escalate critical concerns to project management.\nQuality Assurance & Control\nEnsure all construction activities comply with approved quality standards and specifications.\nConduct regular inspections of ongoing works and identify corrective actions where required.\nCoordinate with QA/QC teams for inspections, testing, and quality documentation.\nMonitor material quality and construction workmanship on site.\nSafety Management\nEnsure compliance with HSE policies, safety procedures, and statutory regulations.\nConduct regular site inspections and promote safe work practices.\nCoordinate with contractors to ensure adherence to safety requirements.\nReport and address any safety concerns or incidents promptly.\nQuantity Verification & Billing Support\nVerify work measurements and quantities executed at site.\nAssist in preparation and certification of contractor bills.\nTrack material consumption and support cost control initiatives.\nCoordinate with commercial and procurement teams regarding project requirements.\nDocumentation & Reporting\nMaintain daily progress reports, site diaries, and inspection records.\nPrepare weekly and monthly project progress reports.\nEnsure proper maintenance of construction records, drawings, approvals, and correspondence.\nSupport project handover and close-out documentation activities.\n Experience & Skills\n8-10 years of experience in execution of civil construction projects.\nExperience in commercial, residential, industrial, infrastructure, or high-rise building projects.\nSound knowledge of construction methodologies, structural works, finishing works, and engineering standards.\nUnderstanding of construction safety regulations and quality management systems.\nProficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.\nStrong problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills.\nAbility to manage site operations and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.\n Our inspired people share our vision and mission.
