Due to the continued success and expansion of our Data Centre business in the Nordics area we are currently recruiting for an experienced Cx QAQC Lead for construction projects to join our Data Centre team in Oulu, Finland.\nWith a market leading client base and the opportunity to take the lead on strategic commissions on one of our high-profile projects, this is an exciting time to join the business unit and grow a career with Turner & Townsend.\nResponsibilities:\nClose liaison with Client’s representative to fulfil the project’s quality requirements\nEstablish and maintain good coordination with Contractors and Consultants on-site\nPlan and allocate QC resources to do witness on-site and off-site inspections proposed by Contractors\nPerform audit/ field inspection to Contractors as requested by the Client\nReview and/ or approve all ITP and Checklist\nPerform site walk with Client and or Consultant to ensure quality requirements are met.\nRecruiting qualified QC personnel as required\nPlan for witnessing the commissioning based on the available resources\nPresent the quality related issue to the Client weekly and escalate any significant issue for resolution\nAttend & ensure Kick off Meeting of vendors are performed\nAttend weekly coordination meeting with Client, Consultants and Contractors \nAttend specific weekly coordination meeting with Contractors, vendors, consultants and Clients in regard to resolution of technical issues\nReview contractors’ QC resources to ensure they are qualified for inspecting the works\nGenerate weekly report of Quality for the Client\nEstablish and review weekly QC activity plan of all QC personnel \nGenerate and review QC daily report \nLead QAQC meeting with Contractors weekly\nLead Internal QAQC meeting with all QC personnel of all projects\nEnsure all quality dossier have been put into Client’s documentation system\nValidate or review the As built drawings generated by Contractors\nConduct Performance evaluation for all QC personnel as planned\nQualifications\nA Bachelor’ degree in engineering or a related field is considered beneficial for the role\n10-15 years’ experience in Data Center facility maintenance, operation and/or construction\nProficiency with a variety of related computer software applications including MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Project, Word) is required\nExperience and proficiency with online document management applications is a strong plus\nExcellent communication and organizational skills\nManufacturing or industry QAQC formal qualification is preferred\nConsultant PM experience specifically with a background delivering best in class large scale mission critical projects and have a detailed knowledge of Data Centre pre-construction, build to and handover / commissioning as well as post turn over processes\nAvailability for on-site work\n Our inspired people share our vision and mission.
