Turner & Townsend and CBRE work together to provide clients with the premier program, project and cost management offering in markets around the world.\n You are an experiencedProject Manager with a minimum of 5 years post-graduate experience managing new construction commercial real estate corporate interior projects.\nJob Description\nTo assist Project Lead, to ensure that client objectives are met through the delivery of an effective Project Management service.\nAssist Project Lead to ensure commissions are managed to the right quality standards and are completed efficiently and on time.\nAssist Project Lead to ensure service delivery on commissions is in line with the conditions of appointment. \nDevelop strong relationships with clients and cross-functional team members.\nMonitoring and documenting project progress and other performance indicators\nProvides document control assurance and leads management of project information flow.\nPreparation of Project Management progress reports and other key documentation to be presented to clients. \nProvides a key interface across all stakeholders, liaising with the client, other consultants, end users and authorities, at all project stages.\nSupports project planning, including production the detailed project delivery charter.\nSupports the establishment of effective project governance, processes and systems to be utilized throughout project.\nLeading and facilitating the elements of project scope and engaging with cross-functional project team to achieve desired deliverables.\nManaging the flow of project information between the team and the client, through regular meetings and written communications. Maintenance of meeting minutes and associated documentation.\nSupports post contract commercial control.\nManages the change control process and tracking/documenting of all requested changes, quotations and approvals.\nMonitoring of overall project finances.\nIdentifies opportunities to improve Project Management process, procedures, templates, and products referring ideas to the appropriate line manager.\nIdentifying and ensuring that the appropriate parties are aware of quality, safety, health, and environment issues.\nQuality Control - Ensuring compliance with quality standards and participation in ISO audits.\nConducts background research, data collection and benchmarking, and presents findings back to appropriate team members.\nKnowledge management - ensures that key information and learning generated from each commission is inputted into internal databases and shared.\n Education: Bachelor of Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management. \nMinimum 5+ years of construction management experience in the delivery of commercial real estate construction projects.\nExperience in the consulting realm is a plus.\nSelf-motivated, great communicator, problem solver, capable of working with key client stakeholders, organized, efficient and understands how to manage projects, while being able to produce appropriate documentation throughout the project lifecycle.\nCan manage more than three projects at a time. \nScheduling and/ or cost estimating skills is a plus. \nExcellent presentation skills utilizing MS Office (Word & PowerPoint).\n *On site requirements might change based on client needs*\nSOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable.\nOur inspired people share our vision and mission.
