This should include a mixture of the following;\nStrong procurement and supply chain knowledge, from industry or advisory\nSolid research, evaluation and analysis skills\nStoryboarding and presentation skills\nExcellent communication skills, written and verbal\nStrong IT and digital skills and a real interest and curiosity in tools, systems and data\nProcurement and Supply Chain intelligence and innovation\n To deliver value for our clients we are looking for a mixture of the following:\nPreferably has a degree related to one of the following; Procurement, Supply Chain, Sustainability, Business Management or similar disciplines\nPrevious experience in procurement transformation and/or sustainable procurement.\nHas achieved, is working towards or is willing to work towards at least Level 4 Diploma in Procurement and Supply\nSecurity Clearance (SC) - currently valid or could be reinstated, not essential\nExperience\nWider procurement consulting experience gained from either client, contractor or professional services organisation\nExperience of key sustainable procurement practices including human rights, environment, health and safety, anti-bribery & corruption and labour practices\nStrong understanding of wider ESG legislative and regulatory environments is desirable\nA history of delivering transformative procurement projects.\nExperience of leveraging digital tools as part of procurement transformations.\nBehaviours\nConfident, independent and able to work autonomously with limited need for supervision\nBe able to manage work/business development/career development activities\nBe able to support the development of outline proposals and bidding collateral\nExperienced and confident in compiling reports and research documentation\nConfident in a client facing role and collaborating with stakeholders\nDriven to get results\nAbility to collaborate and work within a team to achieve desired outcomes\n Our people share our Purpose and Values.
