Turner & Townsend and CBRE work together to provide clients with the premier programme, project and cost management offering in markets around the world.\nPlease visit our website: www.turnerandtownsend.com\n Responsibilities:\nProvide expert advice on FIDIC contracts and guidelines to project teams, clients, and stakeholders.\nReview and analyze contract documents, specifications, and drawings to identify compliance with FIDIC requirements.\nCollaborate with the project team to develop project execution plans and strategies aligned with FIDIC guidelines.\nParticipate in the tendering and procurement process, ensuring contract terms and conditions align with FIDIC standards.\nConduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and ensure compliance with FIDIC provisions.\nAssess and evaluate variations, claims, and disputes, providing technical recommendations and solutions in accordance with FIDIC procedures.\nReview and evaluate project schedules, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with FIDIC contractual obligations.\nCoordinate and facilitate meetings, workshops, and negotiations related to FIDIC contract administration and management.\nMaintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of FIDIC-related activities, including correspondence, approvals, and changes.\nProvide technical support and guidance to the project team in addressing technical challenges and resolving issues.\nStay updated with the latest developments in FIDIC standards, guidelines, and industry best practices.\n Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.\nExtensive experience in Project Management on large-scale construction projects, with a strong focus on FIDIC contracts and guidelines.\nProven expertise in the administration and management of FIDIC contracts, including hands-on experience with the Red Book, Yellow Book, and Silver Book.\nDemonstrated success in overseeing FIDIC contracts throughout the entire project lifecycle.\nSolid understanding of data center infrastructure, including design principles and construction methodologies.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with effective negotiation skills.\nAbility to interpret and apply contractual terms in alignment with FIDIC standards.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.\nProficiency in project management tools and software.\nRelevant certifications in FIDIC contract management and project management are advantageous.\nFluent in English; German language skills are a plus.\n Our people share our Purpose and Values.
