If you're passionate about cost management, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are eager to make a significant impact, we want to hear from you!\nThe ideal candidate will focus on short-term financial planning and operational efficiency, providing critical support to senior management through detailed reports and financial analysis\nKey Responsibilities:\nFinancial data analysis and planning on a periodic basis.\nIdentify and analyze cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements.\nSpecific Responsibilities:\nAssist the Team Leader and Manager in the planning, co-ordination and execution of monthly, quarterly and annual reporting routines and responsibilities such as;\nApplication for payment to Client.\nExpenses controls\nIntercompany agreements in the Turner & Townsend business network.\nPurchase Order with Contractors, Sub Contractors and Sub Consultants\nLiaison with other commission management team members (in contracts and resources teams) for regular sharing of information and improvements on communications, particularly in the area of rates, expenses and intercompany information.\nLiaison with Lending entities within Turner & Townsend cost centers.\nFinance Team Reports (eg Intercompany agreements, Expenses, etc).\nDevelop process and procedures for the team to improve and streamline efficiency’s\nWork with the Team Leader and Manager on continuous improvement measures for finance data management (SharePoint, Power BI, etc.) and to continuously improve quality assurance of data.\nAssist the Team Leader with any ad-hoc reporting within the Turner & Townsend Commission Management Team, the Client Partner team and the Client Team.\n 4-5 year's experience in related area\nBSc/BA in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, QS or a related field.\nProven experience as a management accountant, business analyst, financial analyst, cost manager, quantity surveyor, financial operations or similar role.\nExperience with financial software (eg, Dynamics365, etc) and advanced MS Office (Power BI would be an advantage).\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent communication skills while dealing with multiple stakeholders in Turner & Townsend, contractors, sub contractors, sub consultants and client.\nAttention to detail and organizational skills.\nAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.\n Full time\nCompetitive remuneration and attractive range of benefits\n8% Pension\n23 days Annual leave (+ 2 company days)\nOpportunity to work on impactful and innovative projects\nCareer development opportunities both in Ireland and globally\nOpportunity to work with a diverse group of talented and collaborative colleagues\nOur inspired people share our vision and mission.
