This role is pivotal in ensuring financial transparency, governance, and strategic insights that support informed decision-making.\nDrive consistent and transparent cost control processes across all projects and programs.\nStrengthen governance and contract oversight through risk reflection and financial alignment.\nChampion digital transformation by implementing scalable tools and ensuring data integrity.\nProvide strategic cost insights and reporting to senior stakeholders.\nSupport portfolio-level change management and maintain alignment across controls disciplines.\nPromote continuous improvement through process refinement and automation.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance reporting and cost modelling capabilities.\n To succeed in this role, you will bring a strong blend of leadership, technical expertise, and strategic thinking.\nProven experience in cost control functions within large-scale portfolios or infrastructure programs.\nDeep understanding of cost management practices including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.\nStrong capability in contract management, risk reflection, and financial governance.\nProficiency in digital tools such as PPM systems, dashboards, and analytics platforms.\nDemonstrated ability to interpret complex cost data and deliver actionable insights.\nExperience in driving process improvement, automation, and standardisation.\nExcellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.\nAbility to coach and develop team members to build commercial and technical capability.\n Our inspired people share our vision and mission.
