Turner & Townsend and CBRE work together to provide clients with the premier programme, project and cost management offering in markets around the world.\nPlease visit our website: www.turnerandtownsend.com\n Activities may vary depending on project requirements.\nConduct feasibility studies, CAPEX assessments, and procurement reports for industrial and manufacturing projects.\nPrepare quantity take-offs, estimates, detailed cost plans, and manage contract administration.\nLead cost planning and budgeting activities, presenting cost strategies and forecasts to clients and stakeholders.\nApply Value Engineering and life-cycle costing techniques to optimize project performance and investment value.\nManage procurement processes, including tendering, bid evaluations, commercial negotiations, contract awards, and supplier selection.\nControl project budgets through effective change management, cost tracking, and forecasting.\nPrepare monthly cost reports, cash flow analyses, and financial performance updates.\nReview and approve subcontractor proposals, payment applications, contract variations, and change requests.\nNegotiate final accounts and provide recommendations to mitigate cost overruns and project risks.\nCollaborate with clients, contractors, consultants, site teams, and suppliers throughout all project stages.\nLead and mentor junior team members where required, supporting resource planning and professional development.\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives, maintain lessons learned, and support knowledge-sharing activities.\nUtilize financial management systems to monitor project profitability, forecasts, and commercial performance.\nTravel to industrial facilities, manufacturing plants, or project sites as required.\nDeliver all duties in accordance with company standards, quality procedures, and professional best practices.\n 5-9 years of experience in Cost Management, Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or Project Controls, preferably within industrial, manufacturing, logistics, energy, or process industries.\nBachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.\nRICS, AACE, CCP, or equivalent certifications are highly desirable.\nFluent in English and Spanish.\nStrong client-facing, negotiation, change management, and team leadership skills.\nExcellent communication and presentation abilities.\nAdvanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, CostX, and working knowledge of AutoCAD and project management tools.\nExperience on manufacturing plants, production facilities, warehouses, or large-scale capital projects is highly preferred.\nAbility to thrive in fast-paced environments and deliver results under tight deadlines.\n Our inspired people share our vision and mission.
