The development includes a large multi-building campus currently under construction, with phased delivery extending over several years. This role will support cost planning, reporting, change control, and commercial coordination across a complex, fast-moving site.\nYou will work closely with client stakeholders, contractors, and the internal project team to ensure strong cost governance and accurate financial controls throughout the project lifecycle.\nResponsibilities\nSupport the preparation, maintenance, and updating of cost plans, budgets, and estimates.\nAssist in monthly cost reporting, forecasting, and developing executive summaries.\nGather, verify, and validate cost data from designers, contractors, and vendors.\nMaintain cost records, benchmarks, and databases for ongoing improvement.\nSupport procurement activities, including quantity takeoffs, pricing reviews, and scope comparisons.\nAssist with final account preparation and commercial closeout.\nManage the day-to-day change-management process: review, validate, track, and reconcile change events.\nMaintain cost-control logs, monitor commitments, and track variances.\nSupport contingency management and cost-risk reviews.\nCoordinate cost information with scheduling and project controls teams for cost-schedule alignment.\nParticipate in value-engineering and cost-optimization efforts.\nMonitor market conditions and provide updates to the team.\nSupport client interface activities and help ensure requirements are understood and met.\nPrepare commentary on contractor submissions and support governance reviews.\nEnsure adherence to Turner & Townsend Business Management Systems.\nProvide guidance and support to junior team members as needed.\nAssist with financial tasks such as forecasting and cost-to-complete reviews.\nSOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which must be adhered to where applicable.\n Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.\n3-5+ years of cost management, quantity surveying, or project controls experience.\nExperience supporting medium- to large-scale construction programs; mission-critical or industrial experience preferred.\nStrong understanding of civil, structural, and MEP construction concepts.\nProficiency in budgeting, cost reporting, cost control systems, and forecasting.\nExperience supporting change-management workflows on construction projects.\nAbility to interpret schedules and understand basic cost impacts.\nFamiliarity with procurement processes, contract administration, and commercial terms.\nProgress toward RICS or other professional accreditation is a plus.\nStrong communication and stakeholder-coordination skills.\nSolid analytical skills with high attention to detail.\nProficiency with standard cost management tools and Microsoft Office.\n *On-site presence and requirements may change depending on our client's needs.\nOur inspired people share our vision and mission.
