To deliver these services you will need to blend technical capability with a consulting skillset. As part of this role, you will need to define key commission deliverables, be confident enough to engage directly with senior client stakeholders and manage small teams of junior consultants to drive service excellence and client outcomes.\nResponsibilities\nLead Data Analytics Project Delivery: Provide technical leadership, delivery assurance, and strategic input across client engagements and internal initiatives. \nManage Data Teams and Clients: Work closely with teams, clients, and vendors to understand requirements, deliver insights, and ensure successful system deployments. \nDesign and Deliver Data Solutions: Develop and implement data-driven solutions, including dashboards, reports, and analytics tools, to support project and portfolio performance. \nBuild and Maintain Data Infrastructure: Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and workflows using cloud technologies, APIs, and automation tools. \nLeverage Modern Technologies: Utilize tools such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, SQL, Python, Power BI, M365 Power Platform, and AI/ML to extract, transform, and analyze data. \nEnsure Data Quality and Governance: Monitor, analyze, and resolve data quality issues while ensuring compliance with data governance standards and best practices. \nDrive Digital Transformation: Contribute to digital, data, and technology initiatives by identifying opportunities for innovation, automation, and process improvement. \nDocument and Communicate Effectively: Produce high-quality documentation, technical specifications, and presentations to support solution design and stakeholder engagement. \nFoster Innovation and Mentorship: Champion a culture of continuous improvement, mentoring team members, and promoting inclusive, high-performing work environments.\n Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer / data science, engineering, business, or a related field. \n5+ years of experience or above in data-focused roles such as Data Analyst, Data Engineer, or Digital Consultant. \nHands-on experience with data platforms (e.g., Azure Synapse, Data Lake), analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau), and programming languages (SQL, Python, Spark). \nProficient in SQL, Python, Power BI, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP); experienced with tools like Databricks, Azure Data Factory, and Power Platform. \nStrong understanding of data modeling, data pipelines, governance, and enterprise architecture principles. \nSkilled in automation, API integration, and DevOps practices including CI / CD and version control (e.g., Git). \nUnderstanding digital strategy, business process improvement, and the human-technology interface in transformation initiatives. \nExcellent written and verbal communication skills; able to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.\nProficiency in English.\n Our inspired people share our vision and mission.
