Must possess demonstrated ability to oversee vendor compliance to construction agreements, while also having the ability to manage the overall project budget & schedule for the scope of work. Strong knowledge of MEP construction management with a solid track record of managing capital projects.\nJoin our team onsite in Cedar Rapids, IA! We are willing to provide relocation assistance for the right candidate.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nWork with Contractor(s) / A&E design team to create and establish the Master Project Timeline, based on the Critical Path and key achievements.\nReview and assist Construction, Commissioning, and Owners Team with the technical implementation of Data Hall Systems ranging from Hot Aisle Containment, Mechanical Cooling, and Server Floor Infrastructure Installation and Coordinations (both airside & waterside) for hyperscale data centers.\nSupport Contractor pre-qualification, bid solicitation, bid analysis and recommendations\nCoordinate Design Team activities.\nCoordinate Constructability review of the project documents.\nProvide / gather cost estimates working with subs and other vendors for scope gaps/changes.\nManage Cost / Change Control, including change order review, negotiation, & recommendations, including submittals, review RFI’s, change orders, invoices and payments, lien releases, etc.\nCoordination and management of all Owner-direct vendors working with supply chain and consultants.\nPeriodic confirmation of safe construction practices by GC and vendors\nInitiate close out process prior to project completion, typically two to three months in advance with Document Control team, setting timelines and responsibilities.\nEstablish close out documentation requirements. Ensure receipt of all close out documents until completion, including warranties, as-builds, O&M manuals, etc.\nEnsure punch list, completion and final completion process through onsite Construction management team.\nWhat You’ll Need:\nTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
