Our Assistant Project Manager will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to provide project support.\nWhat you'll do\nLead and manage design projects from planning through delivery, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives.\nCoordinate multidisciplinary teams, including architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and client stakeholders.\nDevelop and maintain project schedules, work plans, and design deliverable trackers.\nFacilitate design reviews, stakeholder meetings, and decision-making processes.\nMonitor project risks, issues, budgets, and overall performance, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.\nPrepare project status reports, dashboards, and executive-level presentations.\nManage client relationships and act as a key point of contact throughout project execution.\nOversee project documentation, governance processes, and change management activities.\nSupport procurement and consultant management activities, including contract and scope coordination.\nLead project closeout activities, ensuring successful handover, documentation completion, and lessons learned.\n Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.\n5+ years of experience managing design, capital, workplace, real estate, or construction-related projects.\nStrong understanding of design management, project delivery methodologies, and project lifecycle management.\nExperience coordinating multidisciplinary design and consulting teams.\nProven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.\nStrong knowledge of project scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.\nExperience working directly with clients and executive stakeholders.\nExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.\nStrong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.\nExperience with project management platforms such as Smartsheet, Primavera P6, MS Project, Monday.com, Asana, or similar tools.\nAbility to identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.\nKnowledge of construction documentation, permitting processes, and design quality controls is preferred.\nPMP, PRINCE2, LEED, WELL, or related professional certifications are preferred.\nExperience within a consulting, real estate, workplace, or professional services environment is highly desirable.\n *SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable.\n*On-site presence and requirements may change depending on our client's needs*\nOur inspired people share our vision and mission.
