As an integral part of the Design Development and Delivery Team, this role will operate as the Design Project Lead overseeing the design and construction administration as an Owner’s Representative, and lead the Civil, Structural, Landscape, Architecture (CSLA) disciplines as a subject matter expert.\nThe Design Project Lead will collaborate with multiple stakeholders including cross-discipline partners across the Design Engineering organization, internal partners such as Planning and Development, Construction Management, Quality, Safety, and Operations as well as external partners including engineers of record (EoR), general contractors, and regulatory agencies to deliver data center capacity safely, on time, within budget, and of high quality. This position is full-time providing directional guidance aligned with the pace of fast-tracked design and construction.\nJob Description:\nProvides support and reports to the assigned Project Manager(s) or Project Director. Position has frequent interaction with the Owner/Client, consultants, design professionals and contractors. \nDirectly assist the Project Manager(s) in managing, coordinating and administering the project through all phases of design and construction. \nResponsible for ensuring all aspects of client services are delivered at the highest level to ensure the client’s needs are addressed. \nAids in the preparation of documents (reports, schedules, invoices, RFI’s, submittals, meeting minutes/agendas, daily reports, change orders, inspections, closeout and client presentations) for programming, design and construction and will assist in maintaining information in project management software. \nCoordinate to schedule meetings with the project team as directed by the Project Manager(s). \nCommunicate conceptual designs and create/maintain project documentation before, during, and after construction. \nMaintenance of Basis of Design, prototype design, and template specifications for architectural elements. \nReview and inform design RFPs. \nManage our external design consultants through the design and construction process. \nEffectively communicate design standards to internal and external project partners. \nManage multiple fast paced projects simultaneously. \nThink outside of the box to find innovative solutions prior to and during the construction process to reduce costs without negative impacts on quality or reliability. \nSOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable. \n College Degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture. \n8+ years’ experience in mission critical building design, construction and or operations.\nExperience and working in Project Management on large-scale construction programs. \nExperienced in Design/Architecture/Civil works. \nSolid working proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, and MS Office Suite. \nExcellent presentation skills and the ability to be highly effective in a client-facing role. \nTeam player; ability to work collaboratively. \nThe salary range for this full-time role is$160K-$190K per year. Ranges are determined by role and level and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range is a reflection of base salary only, not of a total compensation package.
