This role is responsible for managing budgets, schedules, and quality standards while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project management within the construction and real estate development sector, with proven ability to deliver complex projects on time and within budget.\nKey Responsibilities\nProject Planning & ExecutionDevelop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for multiple development projects.\nOversee design development, permitting, and construction phases.\nEnsure alignment with organizational goals and financial objectives.\n\nStakeholder ManagementCollaborate with internal teams, architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants.\nMaintain strong relationships with municipal authorities and regulatory agencies.\n\nFinancial OversightPrepare and monitor project budgets, forecasts, and cost reports.\nNegotiate contracts and manage change orders to maintain financial control.\n\nRisk ManagementIdentify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.\nEnsure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and environmental regulations.\nSOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable.\n\n Leadership & Team DevelopmentProvide guidance and mentorship to junior project managers and coordinators.\nFoster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.\n\n Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field (Master’s preferred).\n8+ years of experience in construction project management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.\nProven track record of delivering large-scale commercial or mixed-use development projects.\nStrong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and regulatory requirements.\nProficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore).\nExcellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.\nPreferred Skills\nExperience with sustainable building practices and LEED certification.\nAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\n The salary range for this full-time role is $190K-$205K per year. Ranges are determined by role and level and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range is a reflection of base salary only, not of a total compensation package.
