The ideal candidate will bring a strategic mindset combined with strong technical expertise demonstrating the ability to drive excellence and innovation while maintaining the highest standards of engineering quality and execution.\nOversee and coordinate engineering activities across all active projects ensuring seamless integration and alignment with organizational objectives\nEstablish and maintain technical standards best practices and quality assurance protocols across the engineering department\nMonitor and evaluate program-level engineering performance identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions\nLead and mentor engineering teams fostering a culture of continuous improvement professional development and technical excellence\nCollaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including project managers operations and executive leadership to ensure technical requirements are met\nAnalyze complex engineering challenges and provide decisive solutions that balance technical integrity with project timelines and budgets\nConduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to engineering staff\nDevelop and implement engineering strategies that align with long-term organizational goals and market demands\nManage engineering budgets resource allocation and risk mitigation across all programs\nEnsure compliance with industry standards regulations and company policies\n\nQualifications: \n10 years of progressive experience in engineering with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or management role\nProven expertise in engineering coordination and technical program management across multiple concurrent projects\nStrong knowledge of engineering principles technical standards and quality assurance methodologies\nDemonstrated ability to analyze complex technical problems and develop effective solutions\nExcellent project and program management skills with a track record of delivering results on time and within budget\nExperience leading and developing high-performing engineering teams\nStrong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills\nProficiency in risk management and mitigation strategies\nExcellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences\nPreferred: Experience with budget management and financial oversight\nPreferred: Background in mentoring and developing engineering talent\nPreferred: Familiarity with industry-specific engineering standards and certifications relevant to your field\n\nAdditional Information: \nOur inspired people share our vision and mission.
