We’re seeking a visionary and inclusive leader to join us as Infrastructure Director. You’ll bring deep expertise in project delivery and a passion for challenging conventional approaches to drive better outcomes for clients and teams.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of projects across major infrastructure sectors, including power & utilities, transport, renewables, andideally water.
- Inspire and grow a high-performing team, fostering excellence and innovation.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Drive business development and expand our presence in the market.
- Champion service delivery excellence and contribute to strategic growth.
- Must be currently residing in Australia with full working rights
- Professionally qualified in one or more of the following fields: construction, cost management, engineering or project management.
- Minimum 15 years’ experience in a similar industry.
- Sound knowledge and understanding of the construction industry.
- Experience with major projects in utilities, power, transport, and/or renewables.
- Exceptional business development experience with a large network in the South Australia infrastructure market.
- Experience of working within a client focussed consultancy environment.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to work with staff at all levels
- Strong time management skills, quick thinking and resilience to deal with a fast-paced environment.
- Good attention to detail with the ability to multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
