Turner & Townsend and CBRE work together to provide clients with the premier programme, project and cost management offering in markets around the world.\nPlease visit our website: www.turnerandtownsend.com\n A basic understanding of construction projects and documentation system\nBe able to follow specific Document Templates Systems of the company and of the client\nIn charge of project folder setup, folder management, formulating registries, and document and drawing number allocation.\nLiaising with and distributing project-related information with the project team and potentially external parties.\nAssist the Project Manager during documentation of instructions and correspondnces with vendors and contractors\nProcess and control all project document types on a day-to-day basis in an accurate and timely manner.\nEnsure that quality documentation, such as documents, drawings, RFIs, and incoming and outgoing registers, is maintained.\nFile documents in physical and digital records and ensure appropriate storage.\nCommunicate changes to document control procedures or other relevant information to the project team in consultation with the Project Manager / Design Manager.\nAssists in implementing new and improving Document Management systems and document management processes.\nAdhering to company norms and requirements, as well as client documentation standards of filing\nMaintain confidentiality of sensitive documentation.\n 3 years of relevant working experience as document controller, preferably with experience dealing with large scale of projects for semiconductor and advanced manufacturing.\n Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) system knowledge and experience is a must\nAbility to engage and communicate effectively (written and verbal) with stakeholders at all levels.\nStrong MS Office Skillset (SharePoint, Outlook, Word, Ms Excel, PowerPoint).\nProcore Document Control Management systems knowledge is a plus.\nDetail-oriented as well as organized, and multitasker.\nFluent in English \n Our inspired people share our vision and mission.
