We treat each other with care and respect and make time to give everyone a voice\n Document Management\nEstablish and maintain project document control systems and procedures.\nRegister, log, track, and distribute incoming and outgoing project documents.\nManage document workflows, review cycles, approvals, and transmittals.\nEnsure all project documentation is accurately categorized and archived.\nMaintain revision control and document numbering systems.\nMonitor document submission schedules and deadlines.\nData Centre Project Support\nManage technical documentation including:Drawings\nSpecifications\nMethod Statements\nRFIs (Requests for Information)\nShop Drawings\nMaterial Submittals\nTesting & Commissioning Reports\nO&M Manuals\nAs-Built Drawings\n\nSupport commissioning and handover documentation requirements.\nCoordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors, and client teams regarding document submissions.\nQuality & Compliance\nEnsure compliance with project QA/QC procedures.\nMaintain document registers and audit trails.\nSupport internal and external document audits.\nVerify documents meet contractual and client requirements.\nReporting\nProduce weekly and monthly document control reports.\nTrack outstanding submissions and approvals.\nGenerate status reports for project management teams.\nSystems Administration\nAdminister Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) such as:Aconex\nProcore\nAutodesk Construction Cloud (ACC/BIM 360)\nSharePoint\nAsite\nViewpoint\n\nTrain project team members on document control procedures where required.\n 3-8 years of document control experience within construction projects.\nExperience in mission-critical facilities or data centre projects preferred.\nFamiliarity with EPC, MEP, CSA, or large-scale infrastructure projects.\nExperience handling high-volume technical documentation.\nStrong understanding of document control processes and standards\n Our inspired people share our vision and mission.
