This role is varied and challenging, and will involve working with internal and Client document control teams to provide project governance, auditing and administrative support in line with regulatory standards and processes.\nKey Responsibilities\nAct as a key interface, maintaining a comprehensive overview of all information and documentation processes.\nAct as the main point of contact for all queries and requests relating to the system.\nStructure and organize efficient end-to-end processes among all stakeholders, including internal departments, external planning teams, and project management.\nCoordinate all project documents, documentation, and manuals.\nEnsure the quality of documents, create master lists, and facilitate the exchange of information and data maintenance.\nReview and update technical documents\nUndertake compliance audits with regards to file naming, file storage locations, user access.\nCreate new project sites and assign users.\n University degree, preferably with a technical background\nProven work experience as a Document Controller or similar role\n3-5 years of practical experience in document management within the construction industry\nStrong analytical, structural, and organizational abilities\nExcellent interpersonal skills with the capability to communicate effectively at all levels\nHigh affinity for IT, ideally with experience in document management systems\nHighly motivated and driven with a passion for delivering to your client\nExcellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate with people at all levels\nFluent in English, German langue is a plus\nAvailability for on-site work\n Our inspired people share our vision and mission.
