We have brought our brightest minds together to respond to our client’s Project and Programme management objectives working on major hyperscale projects.\nResponsibilities\nAs a Electrical Lead, you will be responsible for:\nLeading and managing large-scale and complex data centre projects in the real estate sector, from feasibility, design, construction and completion\nDeveloping and implementing project strategies, plans and large-scale budgets on complex construction projects\nEstablishing and maintaining effective processes and systems to be utilised throughout the project\nMonitoring and reporting on project progress and other performance indicators\nManaging and mitigating risks and issues\nPreparing and delivering written project communication materials\nPreparing and presenting formal project progress and other reports\nManaging and coordinating the client, contractors and designers\nAttending and chairing meetings and drafting minutes, etc.\nOther responsibilities, to include:Developing and delivering presentation materials for client pitches, etc.\nManaging and updating key information into the Turner & Townsend internal database\nProviding thought leadership and insights on the latest trends and innovations in the Data Centre real estate sector\n\n University Degree in an electrical / construction related field and / or trade qualification \nMinimum 12 years’ work experience in construction, including experience in large scale mission critical projects\nTrack record of delivering the construction of hyperscale Data Centre projects ideally from inception to completion\nExperience of master planning/strategic estate development and capital project planning for business case compilation is desirable\nDemonstrable experience in client-facing roles at all levels\nRelevant qualification (project management or construction management) preferred\nGood knowledge of construction industry and Data Centre sector themes\nGood knowledge of project lifecycle and business case approvals process\nAvailability for on-site work\n Additional Information\nOur inspired people share our vision and mission.
