We treat each other with care and respect and make time to give everyone a voice\n Turner & Townsend are seeking an Electrical OFCI Design Manager to lead the design management and coordination of owner-furnished, contractor-installed (OFCI) electrical equipment for a hyperscale data center campus. Reporting to senior program leadership, you will enforce technical standards, oversee long-lead procurement specifications for electrical equipment such as switchgear, UPS systems, generators, PDUs, and busway, and ensure seamless integration between owner-supplied equipment and contractor scopes. You will guide design teams, review submittals, resolve interface risks, and align deliverables with schedule, cost, and commissioning requirements. The ideal candidate has multiple years of mission-critical electrical design experience, a deep understanding of data center power architectures, and the leadership skills to drive multi-phase delivery in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.\nThe successful candidate will be a driven leader with great interpersonal skills.\nResponsibilities:\nStrong leadership skills, experience leading a project management team, ensuring they deliver on all accountabilities. \nLead communications with the client and oversight of project management team services. \nLead research related to construction market conditions, including analysis of official published data. \nProduce thought leadership reports providing valuable insights to the construction market \nLead the strategic and operational management of Project Management Services in a variety of sectors, including resource planning and management, financial management, business generation and training and development. \nSet a clear strategy and ambition with the team in line with our Business Plan \nGrow and develop exceptional people, promoting a culture of learning, respect and inclusivity. \nKnowledge management - Ensure that key information and learning generated from each commission is inputted into internal databases and shared. \nProcess improvement - Identify and act upon ways to improve internal systems and processes. \nQuality Control - Ensure compliance with quality standards and participation in ISO audits. \nDevelop priority plans including risk mitigation through internal tools, make performance measurements via Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and appraisal documents, management controls and critical success factors based on company goals \nUndertake internal BMS audits, and coordinate and represent the office for external audits undertaken by the external certification authority. \nDevelop a detailed understanding of the market, acting as a brand ambassador and creating a pipeline of opportunity with existing and new clients \nIdentify and act upon cross-selling opportunities. \nParticipate in meetings with Senior leadership, Directors and staff and prepare and deliver presentations \nFinancial Management - Using internal software, track ongoing revenue, margin levels and monthly fees and resource requirements for each cost ,amahe commission. \nPreparation of proposals/RFP responses for new clients/projects. \nAttend relevant networking events and other promotional opportunities with directors. \nSupport the training and mentorship of current staff and promote an upward career trajectory. \nProactively partner with talent acquisition team to attract the best talent, actively manage resource requirements and proactively plan for future staffing needs. \nBe a role model that drives a one business culture that achieves great outcomes by striking the right balance for our people, clients, stakeholders, and society. \nSOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable. \n Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or field related to construction. \nGraduate degree in construction management, architecture, or engineering is preferred. \n12+ years of relevant construction project management experience. \n2+ years managing large high performing multi discipline teams in a consulting environment. \nProven track record of managing successful project management service delivery for clients. \nExceptional Business development ambition and acumen and demonstrated experience in achieving drive business growth. \nMajor construction sector experience working with high caliber clients in; commercial real estate, data center, life sciences, industrial manufacturing, natural resources, etc. \nDemonstrates excellent presentation, verbal, written, organizational, and communication skills. \n The salary range for this full-time role is $170K-$210K per year. Ranges are determined by role and level and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range is a reflection of base salary only, not of a total compensation package.
