Responsibilities will include supporting the preparation of contract requirements, procurement documents, and draft contracts.\nThe role holder will provide support to the Procurement Lead in overseeing procurement activities to maximise value for money and ensure compliance with EU legislation through the application of procurement best practice. In addition, the Procurement Support will build strong relationships with contractors and consultants, regularly engaging with them to develop market knowledge and insights while fostering a culture of collaboration and partnership.\n Senior:\n10+ years’ relevant experience in a complex procurement environment, with at least 5 years’ experience leading procurement activities across the full project lifecycle through to completion on large-scale, high-value infrastructure, engineering, or construction projects of similar scale and complexity.\nIntermediate:\n5+ years’ relevant experience in a complex procurement environment and a proven track record of conducting procurement activities on large-scale, high-value infrastructure, engineering, or construction projects of similar scale and complexity.\nJunior:\n1 to 5 years’ relevant experience in a complex procurement environment and a proven track record of conducting procurement activities on large-scale, high-value infrastructure, engineering, or construction projects of similar scale and complexity.\nAdditional Requirements:\nExperience working with EU Procurement Directives and other relevant EU directives.\nTangible experience of advanced category management and developing strategic sourcing and procurement methodologies and techniques.\nIn-depth understanding of the design and delivery requirements of technically complex projects within the architectural, engineering, or construction sectors.\nA proven track record of managing commercial agreements, with strong awareness of contract risks and experience drafting complex and bespoke contract terms.
