- Desarrollar y mantener planes integrados de proyecto que abarquen alcance, costo, cronograma, riesgos y calidad.
- Liderar y supervisar la ejecución diaria de proyectos complejos de ingeniería e industriales.
- Monitorear entregables, avances, desempeño de contratistas y cumplimiento de los cronogramas base.
- Coordinar y presidir reuniones de proyecto, elaborar informes de progreso y escalar temas críticos para decisión del cliente.
- Impulsar la gestión de riesgos, problemas y cambios, asegurando mitigación proactiva y decisiones estructuradas.
- Coordinar interfaces entre ingeniería, compras, construcción, puesta en marcha y operación.
- Asegurar la correcta implementación de controles de proyecto, reportes y estructuras de gobernanza.
- Gestionar la relación con stakeholders: actuar como punto focal de comunicación con contratistas, proveedores, entes reguladores y la dirección del cliente.
- Apoyar el seguimiento presupuestario y de informes, generando alertas tempranas sobre desvíos y riesgos.
- Velar por el cumplimiento de estándares de seguridad, calidad, regulatorios y éticos en todas las fases del proyecto.
- Promover la mejora continua, la innovación y la aplicación de lecciones aprendidas para optimizar la entrega del proyecto.
- Mandatorio: Título universitario en Ingeniería.
- Mínimo 15 años de experiencia profesional en gestión de proyectos de gran envergadura en infraestructura, energía o industrias afines.
- Se valorará especialmente la experiencia en proyectos de reactores nucleares.
- Experiencia en procesos industriales o instalaciones industriales complejas.
- Fuertes habilidades de liderazgo, organización y gestión de stakeholders.
- Dominio de inglés y español (oral y escrito).
