This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage health, safety, and environmental compliance across multiple project sites throughout the UAE. You will be responsible for overseeing security systems implementation, including CCTV and access control systems, while ensuring all operations meet the highest safety and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience from the oil and gas, power, or utilities sector and demonstrate a strong commitment to maintaining a safe working environment across all multisite locations.\nDevelop, implement, and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and protocols across multiple project sites in the UAE\nConduct comprehensive risk assessments and hazard analyses for security systems installations and operations\nOversee the installation, maintenance, and functionality of CCTV and access control security systems at various locations\nPerform regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with UAE regulatory requirements and international HSE standards\nInvestigate safety incidents and near-misses, documenting findings and implementing corrective actions\nPrepare detailed HSE reports, documentation, and compliance records for all multisite operations\nCoordinate with project teams to ensure seamless integration of security systems while maintaining safety protocols\nProvide HSE training and guidance to site personnel and contractors\nAnalyze safety performance data and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency\nMaintain current knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and industry best practices\nLiaise with regulatory authorities and ensure timely submission of required documentation\n Minimum 8 years of HSE engineering experience in oil and gas, power, or utilities sector\nProven expertise in security systems, including CCTV and access control system knowledge\nStrong understanding of risk assessment methodologies and hazard analysis techniques\nDemonstrated experience managing HSE compliance across multisite locations\nComprehensive knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and local safety standards\nProficiency in incident investigation and root cause analysis\nExcellent organizational and documentation skills with attention to detail\nAbility to analyze safety data and develop actionable recommendations\nExperience coordinating with multiple stakeholders and project teams\nStrong communication skills and ability to deliver HSE training\nProficiency in HSE management software and Microsoft Office applications\nValid HSE certification or equivalent professional qualification\nFamiliarity with international HSE standards and best practices\nAbility to work effectively in a multisite, fast-paced environment\n Join our social media conversations for more information about Turner & Townsend and our exciting future projects:\nTwitter\nInstagram\nLinkedIn\nIt is strictly against Turner & Townsend policy for candidates to pay any fee in relation to our recruitment process.
