Turner & Townsend and CBRE work together to provide clients with the premier programme, project and cost management offering in markets around the world.\nPlease visit our website: www.turnerandtownsend.com\n The position will provide strategic EHS leadership, governance, assurance, and operational support across capital projects delivered covering the APAC region.\nThe Lead HSE Manager will work closely with client stakeholders, T&T account leadership, project managers, contractors and regional delivery teams to ensure compliance with the EHS requirements and Turner & Townsend standards.\nLead EHS governance across the APAC project portfolio.\nDevelop and implement EHS strategies, procedures, and assurance programs.\nConduct project EHS reviews, audits, inspections, and readiness assessments.\nSupport project teams in closing EHS risks, findings, and compliance gaps.\nAct as primary interface with EHS stakeholders and client representatives.\nReview contractor EHS plans, documentation, and project readiness packages.\nMonitor portfolio-wide EHS performance, KPIs, and reporting requirements.\nSupport incident investigations, corrective actions, and lessons learned.\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives and promote a positive safety culture.\nProvide guidance and training to project teams on EHS requirements.\n Degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related discipline, with a recognized professional EHS certification.\nMinimum 10 years of EHS experience in construction, industrial, semiconductor, or other mission-critical environments, preferably with regional experience.\nProven expertise in contractor safety management, EHS governance, compliance auditing, and risk management programs.\nExperience leading client-facing EHS engagements and managing complex stakeholder relationships across multiple countries and project teams.\nStrong leadership, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to engage and advise senior stakeholders.\nProactive, solutions-oriented, and highly accountable, with a strong governance mindset, attention to detail, and ability to perform in fast-paced environments.\nCollaborative team player with a strong ownership mentality and leadership presence.\n Our inspired people share our vision and mission.
