Responsibilities include:\nManage complex projects and programs as the key client interface\nDeveloping working relationships, problem solving and driving projects to successful completion\nManaging the design process to achieve the client's requirements and manage expectations\nReviewing project plans and specifications, scheduling, costs saving measures, discrepancies, potential construction problems, etc\nManaging project safety and environmental requirements\nManaging project timelines, risks and reporting\nManaging project budgets and advising on options to keep budget on track\nBeing engaged with marketing and business development initiatives\nCo-ordinating vendor scope with overall project delivery\nContract Execution: Drafting contract documents in strict accordance with legal approved contract templates. Working closely with project team/s to ensure effective and timely document processing and management of contract documents\nBring strong communication, conflict resolution and negotiation skills\n Proven project management experience, gained within an Industrial / Manufacturing / Logistics / Pharma / Data Center / Real estate or similar technical environment.\nProfessional/tertiary qualification in project management, engineering or construction\nA thorough understanding of the total project life cycle, from project inception stage, design, authority approvals through to construction completion and post-project review\nExcellent knowledge and experience of all of the main project management concepts, tools and techniques\nAbility to thrive in a high pressure, fast paced environment\nExcellent command of written and spoken Polish and English with excellent report and bid writing skills\nHighly motivated and driven with a passion for delivering to your client\n Our people share our Purpose and Values.
