Working with Senior Project Managers and Project Directors, you will coordinate project activities, engage with clients and stakeholders, and help deliver projects to agreed time, cost and quality objectives.\nSupport the delivery of innovation, research and development projects across the construction sector.\nManage workstreams and smaller commissions under the supervision of senior project leadership.\nCoordinate project activities to ensure delivery against agreed objectives and milestones.\nSupport the development and maintenance of project programmes, schedules and action trackers.\nFacilitate meetings and workshops with clients, contractors, consultants and technology providers.\nAssist in the management of multidisciplinary project teams.\nPrepare project documentation, reports, presentations and meeting minutes.\nSupport the implementation of project governance, processes and controls.\nEnsure compliance with Business Management System requirements.\nComply with T&T risk management processes and procedures.\nAssist in identifying, managing and monitoring project risks and opportunities.\nSupport quality assurance activities across project deliverables.\nMonitor project performance against key milestones and performance indicators.\nAssist with procurement activities relating to research, consultancy and construction services where required.\nContribute to the management of project information and document control processes.\nCoordinate communication between project stakeholders and ensure timely information flow.\nSupport the preparation of business cases, feasibility studies and innovation proposals.\n Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, Sustainability, Innovation Management or a related discipline.\nExperience working on innovation, R&D, digital construction, sustainability or technology implementation projects.\n2-5 years' experience in construction, infrastructure, engineering, innovation or project management environments.\nExperience supporting project delivery within multidisciplinary teams.\nStrong organisational and stakeholder management skills.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills in Italian and English.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint and Project.\nDesirable\nExperience with innovation, R&D, sustainability or digital construction projects.\nKnowledge of BIM, Modern Methods of Construction (MMC) or emerging construction technologies.\nWorking towards a professional qualification such as APM, PRINCE2, RICS or CIOB.\n Our inspired people share our vision and mission.
