Turner & Townsend and CBRE work together to provide clients with the premier programme, project and cost management offering in markets around the world.\nPlease visit our website: www.turnerandtownsend.com\n We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Junior Project Manager to support the delivery of large-scale industrial projects on-site.\nThis position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the delivery of complex industrial projects while working alongside experienced project and construction management professionals\nResponsibilities:\nSupport the Project Management team in the planning, coordination, and execution of complex industrial construction projects.\nAssist in managing project schedules, budgets, and cost control processes, including the tracking and analysis of critical milestones, deliverables, and project performance metrics.\nProvide support in the coordination and oversight of Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) activities to ensure alignment with project requirements.\nCoordinate project activities across general contractors, subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and client stakeholders throughout all project phases.\nMonitor project progress, identify potential delays or issues, and support the implementation of corrective actions.\nPrepare, maintain, and update project documentation, including project plans, status reports, risk registers, meeting minutes, and action trackers.\nAttend project and stakeholder meetings, document key decisions and action items, and follow up on outstanding tasks.\nSupport cost monitoring activities by tracking factors that may impact construction costs and assisting with budget management and forecasting.\nFacilitate effective communication between project stakeholders, design teams, contractors, and senior management.\nAssist in identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks to support successful project delivery.\nSupport resource planning and allocation to optimize project execution and team performance.\nCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams to proactively resolve project challenges and drive continuous improvement.\nEnsure compliance with project procedures, quality standards, and health and safety requirements.\n Degree in Construction Management, Electrical / mechanical Engineering or similar\nExperience in project management on construction projects, with a preference for industrial project experience.\nAdvanced skills in spreadsheets, report writing, and presentations\nStrong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish\nDemonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment\nProblem-solving mindset with attention to detail\nUnderstanding of project management principles and methodologies\nAbility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment\nAvailability for on-site work\n Our people share our Purpose and Values.
