  • Support the Project Controls Lead, Project Manager, and Project Director in maintaining effective schedule control and project performance.
  • Develop and implement project planning and scheduling strategies, procedures, and standards aligned with Turner & Townsend and client requirements.
  • Coordinate the development and maintenance of Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and, where applicable, Cost Breakdown Structures (CBS), in collaboration with project managers, cost managers, engineering teams, contractors, and client stakeholders.
  • Develop, review, and maintain integrated project schedules using Primavera P6, ensuring alignment across engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and operational readiness activities.
  • Promote and maintain schedule integration and consistency across multiple project stakeholders, identifying opportunities for improvement in logic, sequencing, durations, dependencies, resource loading, and progress measurement.
  • Perform schedule quality assessments, critical path analysis, float analysis, and schedule risk reviews.
  • Analyze contractor and subcontractor schedules, comparing progress against approved baselines and identifying potential delays and mitigation opportunities.
  • Generate regular scheduling reports, dashboards, and performance analyses to support project decision-making and executive reporting.
  • Identify schedule trends, productivity issues, and forecast impacts, providing recommendations to improve project outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with site construction teams, engineering teams, and client representatives to ensure schedule alignment with project execution realities.
  • Support change management processes, schedule impact assessments, and recovery planning initiatives.
  • Contribute to project controls best practices and continuous improvement initiatives across the Mining & Metals portfolio.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in project planning, scheduling, or project controls roles.
