The ideal candidate will have a track record of working on complex Data Centres large scale construction projects.\nJob Objectives\nLead the on site scheduling team to review internal schedules, review contractor's schedules, analyse, review, validate and report on any time impacts, scope change impacts or delay enabling early identification of risks \nMaintain and monitor master plan schedule\nPrepare and monitor tasks ensuring satisfactory realization of project requirements against the project schedule\nLead the development of the tender requirements and contractual requirements, including contractual KPl's in relation to schedule accuracy, achievement of key milestones and timely submission of programmes for the Core Contracts \nDevelop and manage the integrated work breakdown structure for the project \nIntegrate various contract packages into master plan schedule\nReview contractor’s submitted schedule and make recommendations to client\nPrepare regular internal/external weekly and monthly progress report for management and client\nMonitor progress on key delivery milestones and report on compliance in line with the agreed Baseline Programme\nInteract with contractor and verify the project data to update project schedule\nDevelop mitigation plans\nAssess any contractor’s extension of time claim and prepare defense claim report\nPut forward recommendation report for any contractor’s EOT claim\nAnalyze critical path and constraints to determine the effect of changes to project schedule\nWork out site logistic planning for project\nPrepare and propose ‘micro-management’ schedules for critical elements of work\n 5- 10 years of experience in project planning and scheduling, with a focus on complex construction projects, and preferably previous Data Center experience.\nProficiency in Primavera P6 and EVM\nFluent in English and Spanish \nExperience in coordinating multiple sources of schedule performance data into a master schedule platform and deliver project status reports required for large scale projects\nStrong managerial and stakeholder management experience\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills\nDevelops good working relationships with project team\nThe tenacity and drive to inject value and create solutions\n Our people share our Purpose and Values.
