This is a key role where you will drive design excellence, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure seamless project delivery.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead and own the Design Management Plan, ensuring clear structure and delivery\nCoordinate across Civil, Structural, Architectural, MEP, and Process Engineering disciplines, as well as construction, security, and workplace strategy teams\nAct as the central point of contact between Design & Build contractors, stakeholders, and leadership teams\nOrganize and facilitate design reviews, workshops, and stakeholder meetings, ensuring alignment and timely feedback\nOversee the full design coordination process, ensuring consistency across all packages\nManage design risks, issues, and changes, tracking them through to resolution\nEnsure all design deliverables meet project requirements before submission\nSupport value engineering, constructability, and safety-in-design reviews\nCoordinate RFIs, submittals, and technical approvals with internal and external stakeholders\nContribute to the Quality Control Program, including audits, walkthroughs, and issue resolution\nCollaborate with planning teams to integrate workplace and operational requirements\n Degree in Engineering (BSc / MSc or equivalent experience)\nProven experience as a Lead Engineer or Design Manager within an EPC environment\nStrong background in technical project management within complex, multidisciplinary environments\nSolid knowledge of cooling systems and electrical distribution/transmission (essential)\nAbility to manage multiple interfaces and stakeholders simultaneously\nExperience in data centre projects is a strong advantage\nFluent in Spanish and English\n Our inspired people share our vision and mission.
