Turner & Townsend and CBRE work together to provide clients with the premier programme, project and cost management offering in markets around the world.\nPlease visit our website: www.turnerandtownsend.com\n The MEP Manager will oversee the operation, maintenance and improvement of Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing systems across the organisation’s corporate offices and critical facilities.\nThe role is responsible for ensuring reliable, safe and efficient building operations, while managing MEP projects, preventive maintenance, critical infrastructure, vendors, technical risks and business continuity requirements within a high-availability financial-services environment.\nMEP & Facilities Operations\nManage MEP systems including HVAC, electrical distribution, UPS, generators, plumbing, fire protection and BMS.\nOversee preventive and corrective maintenance programmes to maximise equipment reliability.\nMonitor system performance, equipment condition, capacity and lifecycle requirements.\nManage planned shutdowns and maintenance activities while minimising disruption to business operations.\nMaintain engineering records, asset information and relevant technical documentation.\nCritical Infrastructure & Operational Resilience\nEnsure critical MEP infrastructure supporting business operations remains reliable and resilient.\nIdentify potential engineering risks, equipment dependencies and single points of failure.\nCoordinate response to critical incidents such as power interruption, HVAC/cooling failure and water leakage.\nSupport business continuity and recovery arrangements relating to physical infrastructure.\nParticipate in scenario testing and contingency planning where facilities infrastructure is a key dependency.\nProjects & Fit-Out\nManage MEP aspects of workplace fit-outs, refurbishment, relocation and infrastructure-upgrade projects.\nReview MEP designs, specifications, shop drawings, technical proposals and method statements.\nCoordinate project requirements with Corporate Real Estate, Facilities, IT, Security, Business Continuity and business stakeholders.\nManage testing, commissioning and handover of MEP installations.\nEnsure projects in live environments are properly planned to mitigate operational risks.\nVendor Management\nManage Facilities Management providers, MEP contractors, OEMs and specialist vendors.\nMonitor vendor performance against agreed SLAs and KPIs.\nReview technical proposals, quotations, maintenance reports and recommendations.\nDrive timely resolution of defects and recurring engineering issues.\nRisk, Compliance & Safety\nEnsure MEP activities comply with applicable Singapore statutory, building, fire-safety and workplace-safety requirements.\nSupport facilities-related risk assessments and audits.\nEnsure appropriate permits, documentation and controls are in place for higher-risk engineering activities.\nMaintain appropriate escalation and incident-management procedures.\n Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering or equivalent.\nApproximately 8-12 years of MEP, building-services or facilities-management experience.\nExperience in financial services, data centres, critical facilities or other high-availability corporate environments preferred.\nStrong technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, UPS, generators, BMS, plumbing and fire protection systems.\nExperience managing preventive maintenance, technical incidents and MEP projects.\nStrong vendor, FM service-provider and contractor-management experience.\nExperience managing fit-out/refurbishment projects in live operational environments.\nGood stakeholder-management and communication skills.\nKnowledge of relevant Singapore regulatory, safety and building requirements.\n Our inspired people share our vision and mission.
