EBMS MEP Program Manager Coordinator shall coordinate on the Inspection & Test Plans (ITP) for MEP (including commissioning), BMS & Fire with site specific construction teams including but not limited to:\nOwner’s Construction Quality Control Plan (CQCP) Team\nGC’s MEP Coordinator\nOwner’s Construction Manager\nOEM Factory Representatives\nMEP Subcontractors. \nActivities might vary:\nLead MEP coordination and EBMS integration for ~60-100 North America sites annually \nDevelop and maintain site-level tracking across portfolio of concurrent projects at various construction phases \nManage MEP workstreams from due diligence through deployment \nCollaborate with D&C Pre-Construction and Construction Managers \nTrack and report New Construction KPIs for EBMS. \nResolve MEP-related delays, escalations, and RFIs \nEnsure compliance with applicable DCIs and quality standards including Commissioning (requires experience managing and coordinating third party Cx Agents) \nOversee MEP components of new construction and/or retrofit programs \nVerify ECM sequences are setup for new launches \nCollaborate on sustainability (Microgrid, Solar, Heat Index, etc.) and Health & Safety initiatives. \nDeliver MEP systems on time and within budget \nCoordinate with subcontracts, GCs, CMs and other key stakeholders to ensure BMS Scope is aligned with design intent \nServe as primary point of contact for all stakeholders and vendors as it relates to EBMS integration \nCreate and update the EBMS POR \nCoordinate BMS network and site connectivity readiness with IT, GC, LVCs and other Subcontractors ahead of system start up, and resolve or unblock IT related issues at start up \nIdentify and escalate site-level risks (schedule conflicts, infrastructure gaps, scope misalignment) before they impact launch dates \nDocument and standardize EBMS workflows to enable proactive and efficient outcomes that enables scalability \n Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering \n5+ years as an MEP Coordinator, MEP Superintendent or Mechanical Engineering expert \nExperience with project management and AI tools (Smartsheet, Asana, Quicksuite, Power BI, MS Project, AI and Machine Learning, Claude, etc.) \nStrong communication, organization, and time-management skills \nKnowledge of construction specs (Div 00, 21, 23, 25, 26) \nPreferred:\n7+ years MEP coordination experience \n5+ years with BMS or PLC systems \nPMP or Six Sigma certification \nExperience managing projects across multiple time zones \nRemote team coordination experience \nAbility to travel up to 25% in the U.S. and Canada \n Our inspired people share our vision and mission.
